Cancellation rating
The rating will be named Cancellation rating and it will be calculated as the % of the loads cancelled by the shipper or carrier after booking, lets say if the carrier or shipper have 10 loads completed and they cancel 1 the cancellation rating will be 10% , this will be calculated the same for both shipper and carrier, and also we would like to let shipper and carriers write reviews to each other if they have completed loads together
