There is the ability to load multiple loads on our platform. To do this, first download our Template.xlsm. On our loadboard, shippers have the option of fast and easy uploading of their bulk load list through an excel file.

1. Download the template excel file and fill them according to in the tutorial below.

And enter the data about your cargo in the Excel file according to the Tutorial for filling below.

Next, upload the completed Excel file to the Worder platform

At the end of the download, you will see a table with successfully loaded cargo.

Be sure to check the correctness of the data in the original table of loaded goods. If the data was loaded incorrectly, delete this load or reload the Excel file again.

After checking the data, click the button below “ADD” and the entire list of cargoes will be brought to your account and ready for the match.

If the data on some cargoes were filled in incorrectly, then this cargo will not be entered into the table. You will see the total number of not loaded goods in the Total denied column

And more detailed information about errors can be viewed in the window by clicking on the "Denied loads" button

To start working with Excel loading, the system will ask you to enable support for "macros" . This is an internal Excel tool, with which we made the template more functional and understandable to use for users of our platform.

The document describes many fields, on hovering over which a tooltip pops up. These are the fields that you need to pay attention to in order to correctly fill out and then upload a document to our platform

Optional fields are colored differently. They can be left blank as unnecessary.

Mandatory are additionally marked with an asterisk. In order for the loading of the cargo to be successful and the platform can correctly select a courier for it, the required fields must be filled

Separately, we note the points that are important when filling out an Excel document on the Worder platform:
