The cancellation rating will calculate the percentage (%) of the loads canceled by the shipper or carrier after booking.

Example: If the carrier or the shipper has 10 completed loads and they cancel 1 after booking, the cancellation rating will be 10%, this will be calculated the same for both parties.

You will have a cancellation rating assigned only after 3 completed loads. Users with less than 3 completed loads will have a " Not rated yet" rating.

Each company will be assigned one of the following categories:

rated- companies with a cancellation rating between 0%-25%

rated-companies with a cancellation rating between 26%-50%

rated-companies with a cancellation rating between 51%-75%

rated-companies with a cancellation rating between 76%-100%
