Approval Choose "Manual" if you would like to be able to approve or deny when a carrier is booking a load. You will have 5 minutes to decide, after the expiration of the 5 minutes if no action was taken the load will go back on the load board and will not get booked by the carrier. In this case if you do not take an action or you are denying a carrier your cancellation rating will not be affected. Choose " Auto" when you are approving a carrier to access load information and proceed to pick up the load immediately after pressing the book button. Please me inform in case you will cancel the load that will affect your cancellation rating.
