Auto approval - Auto approval is when you give the carrier the right to book the load and immediatelly start the execution of the load, cancelling a load that was auto approved will affect the cancellation rating.

Manual approval - Manual approval is when you want to check the carrier that pressed the Book button and you have the right to approve or deny the carrier in 5 minutes from the moment they booked it. The denial of a carrier in the 5 minute range will not affect the cancellation rating.
